In the latter part of the 20th Century a man at death's door discovered the secret to having, being and doing anything you want and he simply called it the Sedona Method!

The Beginings of the Sedona Method!

Before the creation of the Sedona Method and at the age of 42 Lester Levenson was sent home to die. He had suffered yet another massive heart attack and although he was still breathing the doctors fully expected it to kill him. He was told he had only a few short weeks to live. This lead to the discovery of a world changing simple system known as the Sedona Method.

Lester spent 3 days feeling sorry for himself, powerless and at the mercy of fate. Then he made the decision to end his life painlessly with his prescription medication. Suddenly knowing he had the power to end it all on his terms Lester regained some feeling of power over his own life. This was enough to spur him into action and he spent the next 3 months seeking the answers to life which lead to the discovery of the Sedona Method.

What he discovered was inspiring and the Sedona Method he created is powerful!

Within the first 4 weeks Lester reviewed everything he knew. He searched books and his own knowledge but realised the answers were not there. SO, he went back to the lab within! Soon he was to make amazing discoveries and create the Sedona Method as a result!

Before the Sedona Method began to take shape Lester was asking himself what the point of life is and what he really wanted from it. To his surprise he learned that he was seeking happiness. He discovered that everything he had ever done was motivated by a desire to be happy.

He began form a basis for the Sedona Method when he looked over his life and was drawn to a past relationship with a woman whom he had loved. She had left him for another man and Lester still felt the pain of this rejection. This is when the foundation of the Sedona Method was built as Lester realised that love was the key to happiness. He discovered that when he wanted to feel loved by another he was unhappy but when he loved another, regardless of what they were doing, he felt happy. This was the first great shift and the forerunner of the Sedona Method!

Soon Lester understood that all his illnesses and even his heart attack had been caused by his desire to control things. His wanting to change the past was responsible for making him ill. When he reviewed his past relationship with the woman he had loved he realised his stomach ulcers had began the same day she had left him! These ulcers were later eliminated using the Sedona Method.

The realization that he had started having trouble with ulcers the very day Nettie had left him was inspiring. He started to force himself to feel only love towards her and all past experiences he could remember and discovered that this approach totally removed them from his mind! This was a foundational moment in the Sedona Method creation story.

Lester kept up his inner work and began to fine-tune the Sedona Method. Before this work was complete he started to ask himself what his mind was. Amazingly he found that his mind and the outer world were the same thing. His mind controlled the matter around him and made his life what it was. Without the entire Sedona Method as it is now Lester held his head for hours trying to stop himself from thinking because there was so much negativity there. This was to lead to him perfecting the Sedona Method for removing negativity.

Lester was soon using the Sedona Method to remove all this negativity and finally he uncovered his deepest fear - the fear of dying. He had learned through the Sedona Method that all thoughts are feeling-based and knew that the fear of death was just like the rest - only a feeling. So, he used the Sedona Method to release it!

He continued to use the Sedona Method until he had removed all the negativity from his mind and felt indescribable joy. As he kept releasing using the method, he understood that this joy had no end or limit. He therefore asked himself what was beyond the joy and after using the Sedona Method to release his resistance to experiencing it he entered a state of unshakeable peace that lasted until he left this planet at the age of 84.

Although all his realizations came within a 3 month period Lester stated that it really happened within the last month. This was when he had formulated the Sedona Method. He had totally healed his body in this time and soon afterwards used the Sedona Method to become a millionaire.

For the rest of his life, after his realization, Lester Levenson taught the Sedona Method to others. Before his physical transition he asked his students to continue his work as a result everyone has access to the method through The Abundance Course and the Sedona Method.
