Training Bra Terror!

There is often a little confusion as to the difference between a sports bra and a training bra so the following may be helpful. A sports bra is specifically designed to control the movement of the breast during exercise whilst a training bra is made more with a young girl in mind whose body is beginning to develop. The name training bra should not be confused with the idea that you are in some way training the development of the girls body.

After all we aren't talking about a fashion item here we are talking about support.
