Yogis Are Killing Themselves Without Knowing It!

Have you ever wondered the reasons that you do Yoga? Is it because it is a trendy thing?

It seems to me that Yoga can solve every single health issue. Yes, it is true that your hairdresser, your next door neighbour, the girl next door or even the desperate housewife lives across your house are all doing Yoga

A yoga workout is seen as a way to soothe nerves that are in a constant state of hyperactive. Yoga is considered by some that gives us the regeneration capabilities to live healthily amidst busy lifestyles and bustling environments.

Come on, for sure there are truths in above sayings but only if you really appreciate what Yoga is.

When you practise Yoga, please do make sure you do it the correct way. Right way of practising Yoga energises you and makes you look energetic. The wrong way could cause your blood pressure to rise

I do not even know who came up with the phrase "no pain no gain", and being a Yoga teacher myself, that statement does not and should not be applied to Yoga practise. A lot of Yoga teachers are going to tell you that the reason for you to feel pains you are lack of practise? As a matter of fact if anybody who really understands the gist of Yoga, will tell you that there is no such thing as “no pain no gain”. The true essence of Yoga is about reunion with God. That is the truemeaning of Yoga whether you know it or not.

Everything is about be natural! If you feel hurt, your body is telling you to stop. Warm-up exercises are a must-do, if you want your body to feel comfortable doing Yoga.. Your body is more important than everything else.

It is time for you to take a break from Yoga if you suffer from insomnia, neck ache, or during your menstruating period. While you are pregnant, use caution when you try to do full boat pose. This Yoga Full boat pose requires you to balance on the tripod of your sitting bones and tailbone.

If you suffer from the neck injury, try to stop doing bridge pose for now. Bridge pose although calms the brains and rejuvenates tired legs, it requires you to lie on the back of your head on the mat with your chest bending upwards and hence giving a lot of strains on your neck!

When you have the knee injury, be take careful precautions while doing head-to-knee forward bend because you are required to bend your knees while bending forward with your head touching on of your ankles...

Remember alright, Please do not continue if your knees hurt. It means something is not right!

You need to stay away from downward-facing-dog pose, when you are in the late stages of pregnancy. Use cautions practising this pose when you experience high blood pressure! You are required to come onto the floor on your hands and knees while setting your knees directly below your hips and your hands slightly forward of your shoulders. In addition you need to Spread your palms, index fingers parallel or slightly turned out, and turn your toes under.

Do not risk your conceived baby just for the sake of the sa called "health benefits" of Yoga.

I would advise my students who suffer from high-blood pressure to seek advice from their medical doctors before doing Yoga. If you raise your arms above your head it may make your high-blood pressure worse

There are many other pitfalls that I can go on, but the point is Yoga can be fatal There is no doubt about it! As we walk the tightrope between modern life and our animal instincts, we human race wants to find balance in our daily lives, and also in our bodies, our minds and our environment.

In these modern society, out brain is constantly working, thinking without any rest. Just as what we established, a yoga practice is an excellent way to soothe nerves that are in a constant state of panics.

While many of us suffer from the fatigue and imbalance that comes from chronic stress without sufficient recovery, we all must pick upYoga!

Yoga help relieve your stress only after you appreciate both the dangerous and beneficial sides of Yoga!
