Author Terms of Service

• You agree that you are the original author of the article that you submit. While ghost-written articles are acceptable, their content must be unique. We strongly discourage the use of PLR articles as pages that contain these types of articles seldom achieve any significant PR.
  
• You understand that your submission to ArticleCo.com does not guarantee your inclusion in our article directory. We reserve the right to delete any articles from our directory at any time. Some common reasons for article deletion are as follows:
  
  
  • Article is too short - ArticleCo.com requires a minimum of 850 words (as of Dec. 1, 2008), excluding the title and resource box.
  • Article is a blatant form of advertisement or spam.
  • Article title or body contains errant characters - (Note: Be sure to convert all articles to text before pasting. Do *not* copy-n-paste from MS Word or an HTML editor as they routinely inject non-ascii or non-english characters into your submissions.)
  • Article body contains embedded links - (Note: Non-live footnote references are allowed.)
  • Article title or body lacks proper grammar and spelling. Please avoid the use of apostrophes and quotes in your title.
  • Article contains inappropriate content with links to porn or drug spam and other inappropriate content.
  • Article originates from IP's and email addresses deemed to be "article spammers".


• You give us authorization to move your article into a more suitable category if we believe it is classified under the wrong category.
  
• By submitting your articles to the ArticleCo.com article directory, you agree to allow us to: (1) Publish your article on the ArticleCo.com article directory and any of its article directory partners. (2) Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate. (3) Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.
  
• You understand that ArticleCo.com is a free article directory and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.
  
• You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box. Links may not be included in the article summary.
  
• You agree not to duplicate links in the resource box. A maximum of 3 links are allowed.


• You agree to maintain a working and deliverable email account. Free email accounts, such as Yahoo, Gmail, and Hotmail (and others) may not be used for registration due to the increase of article spam. If you spam our site in any way, we will block your access and remove previous accounts and articles submitted.


• The ArticleCo.com article directory may at any time translate your article into various languages for our partnered sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box intact.
  
• We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via changes to this page.
  
• We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
  
• Please ensure submitted articles are correctly formatted. Do not use hard breaks or insert multiple paragraph breaks by pressing return at the end of each line; instead let each line wrap normally. If your article is not formatted properly, it will be deleted/declined.
  

Publisher Terms of Service

• You agree not remove "Article Source: http://www.ArticleCo.com" from each article you choose to publish.
  
• You understand that you must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to the resource box and any links provided by the autho contained therein..
  
• You agree not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.
  
• You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.
  
• You agree to never use any articles obtained from the ArticleCo.com article directory in any form of spam or unsolicited mail.
  
• You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal or indecent material.
  
• You agree to never sell any article obtained from our Directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
